Exchange Units – Terms and Conditions

Powerlite Classic units are fully re-manufactured from Original Equipment units, and therefore we always need your “old” unit to be returned to us to fill the pipeline for future orders.

The surcharge value listed against each product will be refunded to you, provided the Original Equipment unit that you return to us is subject to the following basic conditions:

1. It is an exact match to the supplied unit
2. It is not broken, damaged or partly dismantled
3. It is not “seized” (i.e., does not spin) or burnt out
4. It is not rusted or covered in oil

This is not an exhaustive list and we reserve the right to reject any old unit returned for surcharge if it does not meet our criteria.

Please note that we will always be fair with the refund of surcharges. As core dealers for over 50 years, we understand that units are returned to us for a reason – the units wouldn’t be with us if they worked!
